Hans Günter Noske
Hans Günter Noske represents the classic line among German pipemakers. This makes his shapes as interesting to Dunhill fans as to those who love pipes without frills, like the ones of Ingo Garbe. Noske hardly uses any appliqués. As he says, he prefers the wood and its shape to speak for
themselves.

The acrylic mouth pieces, easy to be maintained, need not fear comparison with ebonite. And given the precise workmanship they have been treated with, they contribute to the good natured smoking characteristics of the pipes. Since recently, Noske has had a number of pieces sandblasted in Denmark, which have then been offered in black, brown or red-brown. The entry level price (as of 2006) is approximately EUR200.
